This is a case study of a healthcare application designed with UX research. Essentially, it is a multi-functional healthcare application with three core features:
• booking of appointments with your doctor
• storage of your health records
• reminding users when it is time to take their medications.
So you can keep all of your health records in one place, book appointments and also never forget to take your medications.

There is an unnecessarily long wait time in hospital lobbies before getting attended to. 



Incomplete medical reorcds

Patients often omit certain information about their previous health records that may impact the outcome of the diagnosis and the treatment given.
